Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution

So I started Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution today.  I did Workout 1 this morning and Cardio this evening.
I feel pretty good.  My buttocks hurt as well as my calves.... and I LOVE IT!!!

I went through some old pics today.  Dang what a big girl!!! I cannot wait to lose this fat off of my body.  I was trying to eat right (not following the 7 day meal plan).  My husband and I tried making the three different muffins.  They tasted like poop.  I don't know if it was the whole wheat or we just didn't do something right.
